PURCHASE INFORMATION
Delivery areas: Norway, Europe and the rest of the world.
Shipping is shown in the cart before payment. In Norway, choose flat packing with rigid protection for NOK 190 or a tube for NOK 345 including the cylindrical-parcel handling surcharge. All international prints are flat packed with rigid protection.
Normal preparation time is 3–5 business days. Delivery time is additional and varies by destination.
Any local customs duties, VAT or import fees outside Norway are paid by the recipient.
CONSUMER INFORMATION
For online purchases, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods where applicable consumer law provides this right.
Notify neringazibaiteart@gmail.com clearly before the deadline. The item must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notice was sent.
The customer normally pays direct return costs. The artwork must be packed securely. Loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item may be deducted from the refund.
Custom-made commissions may be exempt from the right of withdrawal. This will be stated clearly before purchase.
PRIVACY
Spilled Ink processes information such as name, email, delivery address, order contents and payment status where necessary for purchases, delivery and customer service.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Spilled Ink does not store card details. Necessary technical functions may be used for the cart, session handling and security.
Visitor statistics are optional. Google Analytics 4 is loaded on the production domain only after you actively choose to allow visitor statistics. Advertising storage and advertising-personalisation signals remain disabled.
Your consent choice is stored locally in the browser and can be changed at any time. No Google Analytics data is sent from v2.spilledink.no.

Limited edition Giclée fine art prints are supplied signed and numbered with a certificate of authenticity. Colours may appear slightly different on different screens.
In case of transit damage, contact Spilled Ink as soon as possible and include photographs of the packaging and damage.
